We are writing to inform you that we will be performing necessary maintenance on some Voucherify databases. By design of the Voucherify platform, this maintenance should not affect the availability of your account. However, if you are receiving this email, in some corner cases the connectivity issues might occur.
To start with, security is an essential aspect of Voucherify. We are doing a short Maintenance Window because we identified that the newest version of PostgreSQL contains important cumulative security fixes. On October 13, 2019, between 00:00 AM and 00:15 AM CEST, calls to the Voucherify API may not succeed. This includes calls issued from the Voucherify Dashboard.
